AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P490,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS – AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO)
Summary: This ordinance reverts the amount of ₱490,000.00 from the Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to the Donations – Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). This reallocation aims to strengthen the city’s capacity to provide direct assistance to constituents facing emergencies or difficult circumstances. The ordinance took effect immediately upon approval.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P490,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE & OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO):-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1.- The amount of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P490,000.00) from Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses of the Sangguniang Panlungsod is hereby reverted to Donations-AICS under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
