AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) FROM EMPOWERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BARANGAYS ON LOCAL LEGISLATION (ENABLE) PROGRAM, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE
Summary: This ordinance reverts ₱1,000,000 from the “Empowerment and Advancement of Barangays on Local Legislation (ENABLE)” program back to the city’s unappropriated balance. The full amount is then re-appropriated evenly into two accounts under the City Mayor’s Office:
Donations – ₱500,000
Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses (MOOE) – ₱500,000
The ordinance was enacted and took effect on October 22, 2019, upon certification of correctness.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) FROM EMPOWERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BARANGAYS ON LOCAL LEGISLATION (ENABLE) PROGRAM, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – The amount of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) from Empowerment and Advancement of Barangays on Local Legislation (ENABLE) Program is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated to the following accounts of the City Mayor’s Office, to wit:

| 2. Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses | P 500,000.00 |
| TOTAL | P1,000,000.00 |
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
