AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2019-074, BY CHANGING THE APPROPRIATION AMOUNT FOR DEPOSIT AND RELATED EXPENSE IN THE EXPROPRIATION OF THREE (3) PARCELS OF LAND IN BARANGAY STA. CRUZ, THIS CITY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF UTILIZING THE SAME AS SITE OF THE PROPOSED STA. CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, POLICE OUTPOST, CITY HEALTH OFFICE II AND SATELLITE MARKET, FROM EIGHT MILLION PESOS (P8,000,000.00) TO FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY ONE AND 73/100 PESOS (P5,680,391.73)

Highlights

This ordinance amends Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2019-074 by changing the appropriated amount for the initial deposit and related expenses for the expropriation of three (3) parcels of land in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Naga City. These parcels are intended to be the site for the proposed Sta. Cruz National High School, a Police Outpost, City Health Office II, and a satellite market. The original appropriated amount of Eight Million Pesos (P8,000,000.00) is reduced to Five Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety One & 73/100 Pesos (P5,680,391.73). The funds are charged against the 2018 Surplus under the “Land” account of the Office of the City Mayor.
