AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P1,100,000.00) FROM THE EMPOWERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BARANGAYS ON LOCAL LEGISLATION (ENABLE) PROGRAM, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE
Summary: This ordinance reverts ₱1,100,000 from the Empowerment and Advancement of Barangays in Local Legislation Program (under Sangguniang Panlungsod’s MOOE account) back to the unappropriated city fund. The aim is to reallocate unused funds, allowing for more flexible and efficient utilization of the city’s resources for other pressing needs. The ordinance took effect upon approval and certification.
