AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P1,100,000.00) FROM THE EMPOWERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BARANGAYS ON LOCAL LEGISLATION (ENABLE) PROGRAM, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE
Summary: This ordinance reverts ₱1,100,000 from the Empowerment and Advancement of Barangays in Local Legislation Program (under Sangguniang Panlungsod’s MOOE account) back to the unappropriated city fund. The aim is to reallocate unused funds, allowing for more flexible and efficient utilization of the city’s resources for other pressing needs. The ordinance took effect upon approval and certification.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P1,100,000.00) FROM THE EMPOWERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BARANGAYS ON LOCAL LEGISLATION (ENABLE) PROGRAM, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – The amount of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,100,000.00) from the Empowerment and Advancement of Barangays on Local Legislation (ENABLE) Program is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated to the following accounts of the City Mayor’s Office, to wit:

| Office Supplies | – 200,000.00 |
| Telephone Expenses – Mobile | – 200,000.00 |
| Representation Expenses | – 350,000.00 |
| Capital Outlay (Office Equipment) | – 200,000.00 |

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
