AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P350,00.00) FROM CAPEX APPROPRIATION FOR MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT-MILITARY, POLICE AND SECURITY TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF THE BICOL CENTRAL STATION, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME OTHER GENERAL SERVICES AND OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SAME OFFICE
Summary:
This ordinance reverts ₱350,000 from the capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget for machinery and equipment allocated to the Bicol Central Station (under the category “Military, Police and Security”), returning the amount to the city’s Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). The same amount is then appropriated back to the Bicol Central Station’s MOOE account under “Other General Services and Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses.” The goal is to support ongoing maintenance and operating needs of the transport facility. The ordinance took effect upon approval and certification by the Sangguniang Panlungsod Secretary.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P350,000.00) FROM CAPEX APPROPRIATION FOR MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT-MILITARY, POLICE AND SECURITY TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF THE BICOL CENTRAL STATION, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO OTHER GENERAL SERVICES AND OTHER MAINTENANCE & OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SAME OFFICE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00) from CAPEX appropriation for Machinery & Equipment-Military, Police and Security is hereby reverted to Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of the Bicol Central Station, and appropriated to Other General Services and Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses of the same office;
SECTION 2. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
