ORDINANCE NO. 2019-072

AN ORDINANCE SUSPENDING THE ISSUANCE OF 2019 REGISTRATION STICKERS FOR TRIMOBILES FOR HIRE IN THE CITY OF NAGA:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The issuance of 2019 Registration Stickers for Trimobiles for Hire in the City of Naga is hereby suspended;

SECTION 2. All trimobile operators who already paid for the 2019 Registration Stickers, the cost thereof shall be deducted from the cost of the 2020 Trimobile Registration Stickers;

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
