Summary: Ordinance No. 2019-066, enacted on September 3, 2019, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, reverts PHP 16,000,000.00 from the continuing appropriations to the unappropriated balance. This amount is then re-appropriated to the City Engineer’s Office under the account “Parks, Plazas and Monuments” to fund the construction of a fountain at Plaza Rizal. The ordinance was sponsored by Hon. Mila S.D. Raquid-Arroyo. It was certified correct by City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Cecilia B. Veluz-De Asis, and Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Gil A. De La Torre. City Mayor Nelson S. Legacion approved the ordinance.
