Summary:
This ordinance authorizes the appropriation of funds from the 2018 surplus in the city general fund as follows:
₱10,200,000 to cover budget deficiencies for fuel and lubricants.
₱10,000,000 to address shortfalls in electricity expenses under the Office of the City Mayor.
These allocations aim to ensure that essential operational costs for fuel, lubrication, and power for city government activities are adequately funded. The ordinance took effect immediately upon approval on September 3, 2019.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE 2018 SURPLUS THE AMOUNT OF TEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P10,200,000.00) ΤΟ AUGMENT THE DEFICIENCY FOR FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS AND ANOTHER TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00) FOR ELECTRICITY EXPENSES BOTH UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR;

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Ten Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 10,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the 2018 Surplus to augment the deficiency for Fuel, Oil and Lubricants, and another Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) for Electricity Expenses both under the Office of the City Mayor;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
