AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2016-054, KNOWN AS THE REVISED CONSOLIDATED SENIOR CITIZENS ORDINANCES

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2016-054, KOWN AS THE “REVISED CONSOLIDATED SENIOR CITIZENS ORDINANCES”:-
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. Section 11.b.4 of Ordinance No. 2016-054 known as the “Revised Consolidated Senior Citizens Ordinances” is hereby amended, now to read as follows:
“SECTION 11. Prescription of New Senior Citizens Identification Card. Two new senior citizens identification cards (ID) are hereby prescribed effective 1 July 2016.
b) The second new ID shall conform to these specifications:
The front shall be landscape-oriented and shall bear: (1) the heading “Republic of the Philippines/City Government of Naga/ Office for Senior citizens Affairs; (2) the senior citizen’s photograph, (3) his/her full name-first, middle, family; (4) his/her ID number and bar code: (5) his/her signature and right thumb print or, when unable to sign, just the right thumb print; (6) the official seal of the City of Naga,”
SECTION 2. Effectivity. The amendments herein contained shall become effective immediately upon approval.
