AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE PORTIONS OF PLAZA RIZAL FROM SEPTEMBER 16-22, 2019, AND P. BURGOS STREET FROM SEPTEMBER 18-20, 2019, AS SITES OF SPONSORS’ BOOTH IN CONNECTION WITH THE FORTHCOMING PEÑAFRANCIA FESTIVAL:-

Sponsor: Hon. Salvador del Castillo

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga,

SECTION 1. The portions of Plaza Rizal and P. Burgos Street are hereby withdrawn from public servitude from September 16-22, 2019 and September 18-20, 2019, respectively, as sites of Sponsors’ Booth in connection with the forthcoming Peñafrancia Festival (per hereto attached Lay-out plan);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: August 6, 2019
