AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,260,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIAN PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO)
Summary:
This ordinance reverts ₱1,260,000 from the Sangguniang Panlungsod’s Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and reallocates it to the City Social Welfare and Development Office’s (CSWDO) Donations – Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) fund. The measure ensures additional resources for social welfare, supporting individuals in crisis through financial assistance programs. The ordinance took effect immediately upon approval.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,260,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE & OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO):-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P1,260,000.00) from Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses of the Sangguniang Panlungsod is hereby reverted to Donations-AICS under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
