ORDINANCE NO. 2019-046

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF ATTORNEY II (SALARY GRADE 18) AND ATTORNEY III (SALARY GRADE 21) IN THE CITY LEGAL OFFICE, AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN & 35/100 PESOS (P312,547.35) AND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE & 17/100 PESOS (P437,661.17), RESPECTIVELY, TO COVER THE SALARY FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER 2019, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE 2018 SURPLUS: –

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The positions of Attorney II (Salary Grade 18) and Attorney III (Salary Grade 21) are hereby created in the City Legal Office, and the amount of Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven 35/100 Pesos (P312,547.35) and Four Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty One & 17/100 Pesos (P437,661.17), respectively, is hereby appropriated to cover the salary from August to December 2019, chargeable against the 2018 Surplus;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: July 9, 2019
