ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE PERIOD BY WHICH THЕ 2022 CІТY YOUTH OFFICIALS SHALL SERVE SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH THEIR OFFICIAL COUNTERPART TO JUNE 18, 2022
Summary: This ordinance extends the period for which the 2022 City Youth Officials shall serve alongside their official counterparts to June 18, 2022. The purpose of this extension is to allow these youth officials to maximize the opportunity offered by the youth leadership program, which was impacted by activities and restrictions related to the 2022 National and Local Elections.

ORDINANCE NO. 2022-030
ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE PERIOD BY WHICH THE 2022 CITY YOUTH OFFICIALS SHALL SERVE SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH THEIR OFFICIAL COUNTERPART TO JUNE 18, 2022:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The period by which the 2022 City Youth Officials shall serve side-by-side with their official counterpart is hereby extended to June 18, 2022. This is to enable the concerned city youth officials maximize the opportunity offered by this youth leadership program which was sidelined by the activities and restrictions due to the conduct of 2022 National and Local Elections.
SECTION 2. Funds necessary for the implementation of this ordinance shall be taken from the current appropriations for the Naga City Youth Development Office.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED: May 24, 2022.
