ORDINANCE NO. 2022-020

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ACCOUNT OF OTHER GENERAL SERVICES UNDER THE NAGA CITY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FUND AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (P1,253,760.00) THERETO TO BE TAKEN OUT FROM THE TOTAL APPROPRIATION OF THE NAGA CITY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FUND: –

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The Account of Other General Services hereby created under the Naga City Youth Development Fund and the amount of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (P1,253,760.00) is hereby appropriated thereto to be taken out from the total appropriation of the Naga City Youth Development Fund;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: March 29, 2022
