Summary: This ordinance reverts Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) from the appropriation for just compensation of the Austria Property in Barangay Carolina, Naga City. This amount is then reappropriated to cover various projects and obligations of the city government.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPRORIATED BALANCE THE APPRORIATION FOR JUST COMPENSATION FOR THE AUSTRIA PROPERTY IN BARANGAY CAROLINA, NAGA CITY AMOUNTING TO TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00), AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO COVER CERTAIN PROJECTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – The appropriation for just compensation for the Austria Property in Barangay Carolina, Naga City amounting to Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated to cover the following projects and obligations of the city government, to wit:
City Engineer’s Office:
Building & Other Structures
Multi-Purpose Hall, Calauag Proper P 1,900,000.00
Infrastructure Assets-Road Network
Payment for the balance for the acquisition of Yabu Elementary School 4,873,000.00
Concreting & Drainage of San Isidro High School Access Road 2,173,000.00
Building and Other Structures School Buildings
Continuing completion of City College of Naga Building 1,900,000.00
Special Purpose Appropriation:
Land 900,000.00
Just compensation of the Barangay
Hall Site of Bagumbayan Norte
City Mayor’s Office:
Electricity Expenses 427,000.00
TOTAL P 10,000,000.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall effect upon its approval.
