Understanding Naga City’s Updated Real Property Valuations

Under Republic Act No. 12001, local government units are required to post proposed property values online to ensure taxpayers are fully informed well ahead of local public consultations.

The purpose of this public posting is to give you—the taxpayer—early, transparent access to inspect proposed market valuations for land and structures, ask questions, and prepare input for our upcoming public hearings before any new values take effect.
