This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2023-006 to formally transfer the regulatory and registration functions over agricultural and fisheries machinery from the City Agriculture Office to the newly created Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Division (ABED). Operating as an administrative streamlining and support initiative, this program extends free registration to help owners cope with the ongoing fuel crisis, updates ownership documentation requirements, and incorporates national reporting standards through structured civic compliance. The system pairs municipal leadership with ABED, the City Agriculture Office, the City Events, Protocol and Public Information Office, and barangay councils to prevent regulatory gaps, laying down distinct transfer protocols, updated fee exemptions, public information campaigns, and progressive registry maintenance.
Highlights of the Ordinance
