Purpose: To provide advanced academic opportunities for “Outstanding Teachers,” recognizing them as the backbone of a high-performing education system.

Eligibility: Open to public elementary and high school teachers in Naga City who have been officially recognized as “Outstanding Teachers” by the DepEd Division of City Schools (via the SEED program or similar) within the last three years.

Scholarship Benefits:
- Full Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees for graduate or post-graduate studies at accredited local universities.
- Semestral Stipend of up to Php 15,000.00 for books and research.
- Thesis/Dissertation Grant, with the amount to be determined by the Education, Scholarships, and Sports Office (ESSO).
- Requirements: Applicants must be permanent teachers, have a notice of admission to a relevant graduate program, and maintain a weighted average of at least 2.0 or its equivalent.
- Funding: An initial allocation of Php 2,000,000.00 from the Special Education Fund (SEF) or General Fund.
