Title of Proposed Legislation:
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A DENTAL CLINIC AT THE NAGA CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL, HIGHLIGHTING THE IMPORTANCE OF ORAL HEALTH, AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR Authors: HON. JESSIE R. ALBEUS, D.M.D & HON. SIMEON JESUS B. ADAN JR. (Senior Citizen Councilor)

Purpose: To promote oral health as a core component of public health by establishing a dental clinic within NCGH, ensuring equitable access to dental services for all Nagueños.

📌 Key Objectives

• Provide free/subsidized dental care to indigent and senior citizens
• Promote oral health education and preventive care
• Offer basic procedures and serve as a referral center for complex cases
