AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE INCLUSION OF “ANTI-GRAFT AND CORRUPTION CLAUSE” IN ALL CONTRACTS, DEEDS, AGREEMENTS, OR INSTRUMENTS CREATII^G RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF NAGA.

This is an ordinance that mandates the inclusion of an “Anti-Graft and Corruption Clause” in all contracts, deeds, agreements, or instruments that create rights and obligations for the City Government of Naga.
