Naga City Near-Centenarians Incentive Ordinance
🧭 Purpose
To honor and support senior citizens aged 96 to 99 years old in Naga City by granting them a ₱10,000 cash gift on their birthday, recognizing their longevity and contributions to the community.
💸 Cash Gift Structure

Note: The standard Centenarian Gift from Naga City is ₱100,000. Adjustments apply based on prior gifts received.
🧓 Eligibility Criteria
- Must be registered with the Naga City Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA)
- Must be a resident of Naga City for at least 5 years prior to their 96th birthday
- Those who moved to Naga after age 91 are ineligible
🏢 OSCA Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate the senior citizens database
- Identify and confirm eligible near-centenarians
- Conduct home visits for verification
- Ensure budget allocation for the program
- Oversee implementation and distribution of cash gifts
💰 Funding
- Annual budget for the program will be incorporated into the Naga City OSCA’s Annual Budget
