- Food courts (especially in malls and parks)
- Bars
- Other similar food-serving establishments
💧 Key Requirements
- Must provide free potable water to customers at all times, not just upon request
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of:
- Water dispensers
- Vending machines
- Storage containers
- Mandatory signage:
- “Free Service Water” for standard establishments
- “Free Self-Service Water” for smaller ones
- Display of:
- Business permit
- Recent water test results
- Monthly bacteriology test results (publicly accessible)
🏥 Role of City Health Office (CHO)
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance
- Monitor water quality and sanitation standards
- Issue citation tickets for violations
