This ordinance amends Section 13 of Ordinance No. 2020-072 (Persons with Disability Code of Naga City) by extending the validity of electronic PWD IDs (ePWD-IDs) from three (3) years to five (5) years.

Renewal remains free of charge, provided that the old ID is surrendered to the PDAO.

The change aligns local policy with Administrative Order No. 0001, s. 2021 of the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), which recommends a five-year validity period.
