- First offense: A fine of P1,000.00 and confiscation of the drone.
- Second offense: A fine of P3,000.00 and confiscation of the drone.
- Third and subsequent offenses: A fine of P20,000.00, confiscation of the drone, and possible imprisonment of not less than five (5) days but not more than thirty (30) days12.
