AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,153,000.00) FROM MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE NAGA CITY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO CERTAIN MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING  EXPENSES AND CAPITAL OUTLAY OF THE SAME OFFICE
