ORDINANCE NO. 2018-087

AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE THE ENTIRE STRETCH OF KINASTILYOHAN STREET FROM DECEMBER 8-31, 2018 AS VENUE OF THE ANNUAL KAMUNDAGAN FESTIVAL TRADE FAIR WITH NO MORE THAN THIRTY SIX (36) BOOTHS WITH EACH OCCUPYING AN AREA OF ONLY 2 X 2 METERS, PROVIDED THAT THE SUBJECT AREA SHALL BE STRICTLY USED FOR A TRADE FAIR AND NO OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES SHALL BE SOLD THEREON, AND VIOLATION THEREOF SHALL BE PENALIZED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-062:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – The entire stretch of Kinastilyohan Street is hereby withdrawn from public servitude from December 8-31, 2018 as venue of the Annual Kamundagan Festival Trade Fair with no more than thirty six (36) booths with each occupying an area of only 2 x 2 meters, subject to the following conditions, provided that the subject area shall be strictly used for a trade fair and no other goods or services shall be sold thereon, and any violation thereof shall be penalized under City Ordinance No. 2009-062;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
