ORDINANCE NO. 2018-044 

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P7,800,000.00) TO “SCHOOL BUILDINGS” UNDER THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET OF THE CITY COLLEGE OF NAGA TO FUND ITS NEW BUILDING, AND FIVE MILLION PESOS (5,000,000.00) TO “HOSPITAL AND HEALTH CARE CENTER” UNDER THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET OF THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE TO FUND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PHYSICAL REHABILITATION CENTER, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE 2017 SURPLUS:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga City, that:

SECTION 1. The amount of Seven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P7,800,000.00) is hereby appropriated to “School Buildings” under the Capital Outlay Budget of the City College of Naga to fund its new building, and Five Million Pesos (5,000,000.00) to “Hospital and Health Care Center” under the Capital Outlay Budget of the City Health Office to fund the construction of the Physical Rehabilitation Center, chargeable against the 2017 Surplus;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
