AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTING THE GUIDELINES IN THE GRANT OF IN-KIND DONATIONS BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS UNDERTAKEN BY ORGANIZATIONS OR ASSOCIATIONS IN NAGA CITY

Enacted: January 30, 2018
Summary: This ordinance establishes guidelines for the City Government of Naga to provide in-kind donations (such as trophies, plaques, tarpaulins, tokens, and souvenirs) to non-government organizations (NGOs) and private associations for their development projects, activities, or events. The aim is to promote participatory governance and support socio-economic development in the city.
