AN ORDINANCE REVISING ORDINANCE NO. 261, S. 1964 AND ORDINANCE N0 92‐0607 PROHIBITING TUMULTS, DRUNKENNESS OR INTOXICATION, OR BEHAVIOR IN A DRUNKEN,  BOISTEROUS, RUDE, OR INDECENT MANNER IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE OR PLACE OPEN TO PUBLIC VIEW, DISORDERLY GATHERING IN PUBLIC PLACES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF

    • 1st Offense: ₱3,000 fine
    • 2nd Offense: ₱4,000 fine and/or up to 6 months imprisonment
    • Subsequent Offenses: ₱5,000 fine and/or up to 1 year imprisonment
  • Repealing Clause: Supersedes Ordinance No. 261 (s. 1964) and Ordinance No. 92-060
  • Effectivity: Upon publication in a local newspaper
