ORDINANCE NO. 94-055

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-026 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS INTRAP, BY REQUIRING THE USE OF UNIFORMS BY TRIMOBILE DRIVERS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF:

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Section 11 of Ordinance No. 93-026 is hereby amended to provide for a new Sub-Section 11.A, which shall now read as follows:

“SECTION 11.a. WEARING OF UNIFORMS. All trimobile drivers shall on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, wear T-Shirt Uniforms in such design prepared by the City Planning & Development Office upon consultation with the Trimobile Association Officers”.

SECTION 2. – SECTION 13 on Penalties is hereby amended to provide a sub-paragraph 1.A, which shall now read as follows:

“1.A. For failure to wear uniform on required days, a fine of Twenty (P20.00) Pesos”.

  1. CAP Building- This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

ENACTED: January 26, 1994.
