ORDINANCE NO. 94-045

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY” AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NOS. 93-075, 93-090, 94-009, 94-001 AND 94-016:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Article XXVIII, section 50, Sub-section (c) and (d) on Parking along General Luna St. is hereby amended by transferring the parking areas on the right side to the left side, now to read as follows:

c. General Luna street parallel parking from corner of Padian St. to corner of P. Burgos St. (all 6 meters away from all street corners) left side (direction North) and then oblique parking on the left side in front of Robertson up to PCI Bank to use the parking spaces provided by the business establishments (direction North)”.

d. General Luna (Extension) – parallel parking from corner of P. Burgos Street to corner of Arana Street, left side only (direction North)”.

SECTION 2. Article XXVIII, Section 134, Subsection 6 on Registration and color identification of Padyaks is hereby amended by adding another area of operations, now to read as follows:

6. Each padyak for hire shall be allowed to ply only a specific route area which shall be identified according to the background color of their respective plate numbers and areas of operation.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
