1.  Tourists who wish to avail of discounts and perks may:
   • Go directly to https://naga.gov.ph/penafrancia2023
   • scan the QR code found in the sticker or standee of a participating hotel/accommodation establishment using their smartphones or mobile devices; this will redirect them to a promo “landing page” (in naga.gov.ph) where they will find the complete mechanics and list of partner establishments
2. A tourist will only have to register once to avail of discounts and perks offered by all partner establishments.
3. Tourist Information Form. Once redirected to the promo “landing page,” the tourist will be required to fill in an electronic form.  The form will request basic information, such as:
   • Name
   • Age
   • Gender
   • Bicolano roots, if any
   • Place of Origin
   • Contact Number
   • Email Address
   • Income Range (monthly)
   • Reason for Visiting Naga

     The above information shall be considered confidential and will be accessed by the ITPO only for purposes of planning for succeeding tourism campaigns. They shall not be shared with other government or private entities.

4. Confirmation of Tourist Registration
   • After submitting the registration form, the tourist will receive a digital version of a promotion ID/card
   • The promotion ID/card will contain a tourist’s name and unique identification code
5. Availing of Perks/Promos
   •  To avail of discounts and perks, a tourist only needs to present his/her promotion ID/card. A tourist has the option of showing the digital version of the card or a printed copy
   • Should they want to, partner establishments may verify the validity of a promotion ID/card by going to a city government site that will be provided by the ITPO, and entering the unique identification code found in the card
6. Promo Duration. Promo duration is from August 26 to September 1, 2023. However, partner TREs have the option of giving the perks during the promotion period itself (e.g. 20% discount on total bill; free item for a single transaction worth P 500; etc.) or at a later date but within a validity period (e.g. get a 30% discount during your next visit; free room accommodation voucher; etc.).
