The City Educare Service Program is an early childhood education initiative managed by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) of Naga City as part of the Naga Early Education and Development (NEED) system. It combines standard Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) day care services with Montessori-style pre-school learning to provide early cognitive and social development for young Nagahannons.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Target Beneficiaries: All pre-school-aged children who reside in Naga City.

Requirements: Child’s Birth Certificate (from the City Civil Registrar) and a Barangay Certificate of Residency.

Process: Enrollment is conducted locally at the assigned barangay Educare Center and takes about 20 to 25 minutes. It includes an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) checklist evaluation, a short parent interview, and a brief oral/written assessment for the child.
