- Naga City Livestock Ear-tagging Fee Ordinance of 2026: Review of supporting documents submitted by Mr. Anselmo B. Maño for this proposed ordinance
- Abattoir Framework and Fees: A proposal for an ordinance establishing a “Thermal Banking” Framework and updating the Fuel Recovery Fee Structure at the Naga City District Abattoir
