2. Underground Fiber Optic Duct System Project (Spin2025-1035): Review of updates on the project submitted by Mr. David Xiao, Chief Executive Officer of Bester Telecom Philippines Corporation, as transmitted by the City Mayor.
3. Anti-Littering Ordinance Penalties (Spin2025-1221): Discussion of Barangay Resolution No. 2025-041 from the Sangguniang Barangay of Del Rosario, proposing higher penalties for violations of the Naga City anti-littering ordinance.
4. Integrating the Informal Waste Sector (IWS) (Spin2025-1361): Review of a Proposed Ordinance (click to view) authored by Hon. Jessie R. Albeus Jr. and SC Councilor Simeon Adan, which aims to recognize, organize, accredit, and integrate the informal waste sector (IWS) into the City of Naga’s solid waste management system. It also defines their rights and responsibilities, establishes support mechanisms, creates a technical working group, and provides funds.
