- Public Safety & Decency: Protocols for accessing establishment CCTV footage (from NCPO); a proposed ordinance prohibiting public nudity/topless exposure and indecent exposure.
- Public Recognition: A resolution recognizing the Naga City Mobile Force Company for winning the regional 2026 CSOP System Project award.
- Real Property & Taxes: Guidelines for real property declarations and reporting; position papers and recommendations regarding tax exemptions for cinemas offering free movies to seniors and PWDs.
- Amusements & Gaming: Permits and conditions for an amusement carnival at LC Mall (Brgy. Sabang) and Electronic Bingo operations at Villa Caceres Hotel.
New Business
- Traffic & Infrastructure Review: Requests to review the Naga City Speed Limit Ordinance before implementation, amend the Underground Cabling Ordinance, and add 10 maroon trimobile franchises for Brgy. Del Rosario.
- Peñafrancia Festivities 2026: A request from the NCPO for a temporary mobile signal shutdown during key event dates in September.
- Health & Local Governance: Measures to designate Barangay Health Workers as Health Education and Promotion Officers (HEPOs), localize Health Impact Assessments, set a ₱200/semester affiliation fee for Naga City General Hospital students, and process Brgy. Liboton’s 2027 development funding requests.
- Inter-Local Relations: A proposal from the Municipality of Polangui, Albay to establish a sisterhood agreement with Naga City.
