1. Special Business & Commendations
- Academic Excellence: Proposed resolutions to congratulate and commend several local students (including Nathaniel E. Calvelo, Ezekiel B. Asuncion, Dominque Lorin C. Mangampo, Bea Martyna H. Aguirre, Casey Jewel S. Barcinas, Carl Cedric Alis Orozco, and Carla Marie Alis Orozco) for winning awards at the Hong Kong International Science Olympiad (HKISO) Final Round recently held at the National University of Singapore.
- Infrastructure: A request from the Camarines Sur 3rd District Engineering Office seeking a resolution to endorse specific FY 2027 infrastructure projects under the Oplan Kontra Baha (OKB) Program in Naga City.
2. Unfinished Business (Pending Ordinances & Feedback) The body will review updates, legal opinions, and community feedback on several key local measures:
- Public Safety & Environment: Proposed ordinances regulating motor vehicle exhaust systems (prohibiting illegally modified and loud mufflers), and adopting the Drinking Water Code of Naga City.
- Employee Welfare: Review of recommendations and public feedback regarding the proposed medical allowance for City Government Employees.
- Social Welfare & Health: Proposed ordinances establishing healthy beverage and food environment policies for city-funded programs, establishing the Naga City Human Milk Hub (NCHMH), and prohibiting the use of 4Ps cash cards as loan collateral.
- Housing & Transport: Policies regarding the effect of hereditary succession on socialized housing properties, guidelines for the mandatory registration and accreditation of TODA and PODA (tricycle and pedicab associations), and feedback on uniform color schemes for trimobile units.
3. New Business
- Youth Development: Endorsement of the Naga City Youth Development Plan 2026–2028.
- Green Initiative: A proposed ordinance establishing the 3-30-300 Green Infrastructure Policy in the city.
- Utility Rates Hearing: A request to hold a public hearing with CASURECO II management concerning the 100% increase in power rates rolled out from April to June 2026.
- Community Proclamations: A request to officially declare July 12–18, 2026, and every third week of July thereafter, as Accountancy Week in Naga City.
- Vaping Regulation: A proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 2021-004 to explicitly incorporate electronic vaping regulations into its coverage.
- Local Complaints: Administrative complaints involving certain barangay officials will also be laid before the body for appropriate action.
4. Other Matters
- Smart City Initiative: Presentation of a digital transformation roadmap utilizing Edge AI and Computer Vision technologies proposed by SoftPhil Technologies, Inc.
- Naga Airport Redevelopment: An update from the Office of the President (Malacañang) regarding the implementation of the Naga Airport Redevelopment Project.
