1. Special Business & Unfinished Business

• Commendation: A proposed ordinance to congratulate BISCAST and its graduate, Christian Lanuza Quinao, for ranking 7th nationwide in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
• Flag Protocol: Guidelines for placing the Philippine National Flag over the caskets of distinguished deceased civilians.
• Administrative Matters: Enforcing a 1-month administrative suspension against Punong Barangay Juan Francis M. Mendoza of Concepcion Pequeña.
• Policy Reviews: Feedback and recommendations from various departments regarding the “Emergency Teacher Substitute Program” , Special Use Permits (SUP) revision , real estate developer tax prerequisites , the “Edu Link Ordinance” , and NHCP street/structure renaming guidelines for Plaza Quezon.

2. New Business

• Resolutions: Re-enforcing the “Heart of Bikol March Ordinance” and promoting student democratic participation and leadership in schools.
• Socialized Housing: Processing a cancellation of encumbrance request and a proposed ordinance mapping out hereditary succession policies on socialized housing units.
• Barangay Ordinances: Reviewing anti-drug, curfew, child protection, and VAWC desk ordinances from Concepcion Grande and Concepcion Pequeña.
• Transport & Infrastructure: Reviewing multiple trimobile franchise transfers/requests and a right-of-way negotiation assistance request from the Metropolitan Naga Water District.

3. Other Matters

• Liga ng mga Barangay Resolutions: Expressions of concern from the council regarding a recent administrative case precedent and delayed decisions failing the 120-day mandate under the Local Government Code.
• Project & Budget Adjustments: Approving a ₱100,000.00 reprogramming of development priorities for Barangay Liboton alongside reviews of recent infrastructure status reports.
• Digital Reporting: Evaluation of a digital reporting mechanism for city ordinance violations.
