- Barangay Fiscal Autonomy : A proposed ordinance by Hon. Francisco M. Mendoza seeks to restore and strengthen the fiscal autonomy of Naga City’s 27 barangays
- Budgetary Adjustments : The City Mayor is requesting an ordinance to authorize ₱584,951.15 from current appropriations to cover unpaid expenses from previous years
