38th Regular Session of the 15th Sangguniang Panlungsod
Highlights:
Among the key items on the agenda are committee reports on laws and ordinances, land use, appropriations, and social development, as well as a joint committee report on organizational development. The body will also consider a proposed ordinance by Hon. Gomez declaring a Pride Month in Naga City, and a proposed ordinance by Hon. Mendoza establishing guidelines for the Barangay Support Fund.
Barangay-level matters will likewise be addressed, including submitted ordinances from Barangay Pacol (Ordinances 2026-001 and 2026-002), an updated barangay revenue code from Barangay Concepcion Grande, and a resolution from Barangay Tinago. The Council will also act on a DPWH-endorsed resolution and a letter addressed to terminal operators.
Rounding out the agenda is a matter referred by the City Legal Office concerning clarifications and pre-signing requirements for a proposed Memorandum of Agreement with Digital Advocacy Programs.
