Executive & Administrative Requests

  • Mayor’s Authorizations: Seeking authority to:

    • Accept a significant land donation (32,868 sq. m.) in Brgy. Concepcion Pequeña from the Archbishop of Caceres.

    • Sign a MOA with DSWD for the Indigent Senior Citizens Social Pension Program.

    • Enter a Subscription Agreement with the PSA for an automated petition system (APCAS).

  • Personnel & Infrastructure: Endorsement for creating new permanent city positions and the submission of the floor plan for the Center for Safety and Resilience (CESAR).

Proposed Ordinances & Legal Reviews

  • Public Welfare: Legislation is under review regarding free potable water in food establishments, a “Trauma Sensitive News” reporting policy, and the establishment of an SK Academy.

  • Health & Mental Health: A new proposal establishes emergency response protocols for persons with mental illness, including liability and care guidelines for kin.

  • Environment & Technology: Proposals to mandate native tree stocks in the city nursery and to create an online reporting system for ordinance violations.

  • Governance: A resolution to allow online attendance for Sanggunian members during sessions for medical reasons.

Departmental Reports & Correspondence

  • Public Safety: A request from the DPWH to cut hazardous trees along Maharlika Highway (Brgy. Del Rosario).

  • Social Services: Data submitted on ePWD cardholders with mental/intellectual disabilities; recommendations provided for the Tertiary Scholarship Program.

  • Legal Opinions: Reviews completed for the Mobility Impact Assessment System and cash incentives for winning Nagueño athletes and students.

Barangay & Youth Affairs

  • Budget & Ordinances: Review of 2026 SK Annual Budgets for Barangays Dayandang, Carolina, and Lerma, alongside various ordinances from Barangays Igualdad, Del Rosario, and Pacol.

  • Development: Recommendation for the phased development of a memorial park in Brgy. Cararayan by Villar Land Holdings.

Commendations & Events

  • Student Achievement: Recognition for students from Camarines Sur National High School for their performance at the 14th SEAMEO Young Scientists Congress in Malaysia.

  • Community: Invitation for city officials to attend Palm Sunday activities on March 29 at the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral.
