Highlights:

  • The agenda for the session includes Special Business or Order items such as requests for authorization for the City Mayor to sign MOUs/MOAs/Deeds of Donation with UNILAB Foundation, Inc., Angat Pinas, Inc., San Miguel Foundation, Inc., United Auctioneers, Inc., and the Municipality of Pamplona, as well as a request for funding support for the Our Lady of Lourdes Infirmary (OLLI) from the Office of Senator Risa Hontiveros-Barraquel.
  • Unfinished Business includes comments on the Naga City Farmer’s Choice Program and proposed ordinances, and committee reports from the Committee on City Properties, Committee on Ways and Means, and a joint report from the Committee on Market Affairs and Committee on Peace and Order and Public Safety.
  • New Business covers proposed ordinances regarding rental rates for city-owned agricultural machinery and mandating bridge load capacity compliance and tree inventory/maintenance, a request for disposition on the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for public school teachers, a request for a resolution concerning the Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift of Mr. Jaime M. Naval, and the annual budget of Barangay Sta. Cruz for review.
  • Other New Business items are recommendations from the First Ebikers Association of Naga City, Inc., on ebike operations, a request from Tabora Law for CASURECO II tax refund/waiver, a request to DPWH to fund the concreting of the Cararayan-Sitio Badang-Salunguigui Bypass Road, and the application for a Development Permit for the proposed Golden Haven Memorial Parks.
