• Unfinished Business covers a returned City Ordinance No. 2025-090 from the City Mayor for refinement, multiple committee reports, and various letters concerning proposed ordinances, tax refund requests, and rezoning applications.
• New Business includes the review of the 2026 Annual Budget of Barangay Pacol and the 2025 Supplemental Budget of Barangay Dinaga, a request for a resolution endorsing proposed FY 2026 infrastructure projects, two applications for trimobile franchise transfer, a request for a special truck ban permit, and a proposed ordinance on a regularization mechanism for long-serving casual city personnel.
