• The agenda includes special business, such as requests from the City Mayor to authorize agreements with DOLE for GIP Interns and with DSWD for Social Pension for indigent Senior Citizens.
• Unfinished business includes reports on livelihood programs for PWDs, recommendations on trimobile units in Carolina, a proposed ordinance amending the Children’s Welfare Code, the City Mayor’s veto of City Ordinance No. 2025-068, and a proposed resolution for a sister city agreement with Caceres, Spain.
• New business covers applications for trimobile franchise transfers, proposed amendments to the Senior Citizens Ordinances, proposed ordinances on integrating the informal waste sector and establishing a Muslim Affairs Unit, an alteration permit for DECA Asraya Residences Tierra, the proposed 2026 Annual Budget, and a proposed ordinance establishing a city-wide IP cameras program.
• Other matters include a program proposal from Naga College Foundation, Inc. for a Certified Nursing Assistant Program and a request for recognition for Naga Parochial School students participating in an International Seminar-Training on Cultural and Arts Education from December 5 to 7, 2025.
