The City Government of Naga has launched the DisipliNaga campaign to address flooding, littering, and irresponsible waste disposal across the city. Mayor Leni Robredo said the initiative includes intensified clearing of clogged waterways and drainage systems, stricter implementation of garbage segregation and disposal rules, and stronger enforcement against street violations contributing to congestion. The city is also working with the Department of Public Works and Highways to minimize flooding incidents. All 27 barangays are mandated to actively support the campaign, while plans are being prepared to clear waterways of informal settlers living along easements. | via Jason B.
