NAGA CITY – Concentrix Naga officially launched its Site 2 and re-launched its newly restored Site 1 on August 29, 2025, marking a strong comeback after Tropical Depression Kristine struck the city in October 2024.
As one of the world’s leading customer experience (CX) solutions and technology providers, Concentrix has established a global reputation for helping businesses enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth through the strategic integration of human expertise and advanced digital tools.
Concentrix operates out of 19 locations in the Philippines with Naga City as one of its local hubs in South Luzon, established in 2013. The expansion of the new site (Naga 2), being operational in 2024 and launched this year, demonstrates the company’s confidence in Naga as a growth center for the IT-BPM sector.
Among all Philippine Concentrix sites, the Naga operation, in 2024, was named the Best Site of the Year. It was also the Compliance Champion for 3 years in a row, and had the Best Site Director of the Year. These distinctions set the stage for the successful establishment and operation of Site 2.
The Naga site’s recognition, along with expansion, underscores the city’s high potential for IT-BPM investments. This is further reinforced as Naga continues to build up a skilled and competent talent pool, business-ready infrastructure, and a consistently supportive local government that ensures an enabling environment for industry players.
Mayor Leni Robredo expressed her gratitude to Concentrix for choosing to grow its business in the city, describing the company as a “game-changer” and “multiplier” that has contributed significantly to Naga’s socio-economic development. She also congratulated Concentrix on its more than a decade of success in Naga, and reassured the company of the local government’s continued support.
The launching and re-launching ceremonies were attended by Concentrix leaders, including Senior Director for Service Delivery Candy Royo, Director for Service Delivery NJ Jumalon, Naga Site 1 & 2 Director Bing Gallano, as well as managers and team leaders from both Manila and Naga City.
Site 1 is located in a 2-storey building at the Naga City Technology Park, a PEZA-registered IT Park located at Central Business District-II. The second site is on the 5th floor of the Jose Tan Bun Keng Building within the same IT Park.
Through this expansion, Concentrix reaffirms its confidence in Naga City as a sustainable partner for growth, contributing not only to the local economy but also to the city’s vision of becoming a regional hub for innovation, investment, and inclusive development.
