What It’s For

To help poor but deserving students, out-of-school youth, and dependents of displaced workers earn income and continue their education through short-term employment.

Requirements

📄 Birth Certificate or any valid proof of age PSA / Local Civil Registrar
💰 Latest ITR of parents/guardian OR Certificate of Indigence/Low Income BIR / Barangay / DSWD / CSWD
🎓 For students: proof of grades (Form 138, class card, or registrar certification) School Registrar
🧾 For OSY: Certification as OSY Barangay / DSWD / CSWD
🗳️ Voter’s ID of parents/guardian COMELEC or personal copy
