About the Service
This service allows you to request expert speakers from the city’s disaster office to discuss disaster preparedness, risk reduction, resilience, and public service continuity planning.

- Government employees
- Private sector groups
- Civil society organizations
- Uniformed personnel
- Students and schools
What You Need
- A letter of request addressed to the City Mayor
- Attention to the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (LDRRM) Officer
- Include: topic, date, venue, and target participants
How to Request
- Submit your letter to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) – ideally a week before schedule
- LDRRM Officer will review your request and check if it meets their guidelines
- If approved, they’ll prepare everything needed for the talk and undertake coordination for the request (availability)
- A trained speaker will attend your event and deliver the session
