Who Can Request

  • Citizens of Naga City
  • Businesses and government offices within the city

Requirements

  • A letter requesting decontamination service addressed to the City Mayor, attention to the CDRRMO.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Submit the letter request (ideally a day before the desired schedule)

Step 2: Administrative Clerk receives and endorses the request to the DECON team

Step 3: DECON Team Leader reviews and approves the request 

Step 4: Schedule the time and date for decontamination

Step 5: DECON Team performs the decontamination

Step 6: Submits a report on the areas decontaminated
