Laws of the Indies and ancient Filipino writings which have significant bearings in our history and culture are available for research and investigation. The grim result of the second world war is showcased in the American-Japanese gallery. Military orders, documents, and weaponry completes this gallery.

Robredo. It was inaugurated on 18 August 2017 during Jesse Robredo’s 5th death anniversary. The museum pays tribute to Jesse Robredos’s life and his legacy of good governance. It is the first governance museum built in Bicol and Naga City showcasing his roots, his inspiring story, his milestones, his achievements as a public servant, and the plane crash tragedy in the seas of Masbate that ended his life.

With Jesse Robredo becoming an inspiration and brand of good governance and leadership, the museum had also given Naga another tourist attraction that strongly showcases why Naga City is known as the “Center of Good Governance” aside from being dubbed as “An Maogmang Lugar” and “ A Pilgrim City”.

The museum has four galleries, each with their own themes:

They were Gregorio de la Torre and Isabel Corral. From their father, Juan Montilla, they inherited a picture of the Face of Jesus or the Divino Rostro.

A story that is told one day, to the amazement of many who confirmed its veracity, the picture began to perspire with living blood. News of this extraordinary event spread swiftly and widely throughout the land. Many people from different places came to see for themselves the miracle. As a result, the couple decided to transfer the image to the church, for their house became too small to accommodate huge crowds of people. There in the church the image instantly became the object of a very special devotion of the inhabitants.
